The re-generation of The South Bank has been a major catalyst behind London’s meteoric rise and its justifiable claim to be the world’s premier capital city.

For the first time, The South Bank will be able to claim a world-class residential development, with working title ‘Project Bankside’, designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and being developed by Native Land and Grosvenor.

The development will provide 231 residences of outstanding quality, offering views of St Paul’s Cathedral, adjacent to the River Thames and set within an acre of landscaped gardens. It is
located immediately adjacent to Tate Modern and Tate Modern 2, the Herzog & de Meuron extension scheduled for completion in 2012.

Construction started in January 2009. The marketing campaign will be launched in Spring 2010.
